The artist

A developed painting practice.

Kate completed a Fine Arts degree at Ilam School of Fine Arts, majoring in painting, and has exhibited nationally and internationally. Her work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions and has been collected in New Zealand and overseas.

Her practice explores the relationship between image, object, repetition and originality, using painting to question how we look at familiar imagery.
